Get Your Life Together Now – One Year of Take Your Time

Published by Peter on

This weekend marked the one-year anniversary of the publication of Take Your Time Before Time Takes You – How to Make the Most of Every Day. I celebrated by reading it cover to cover.

I was relieved to find that reader feedback is correct: It’s actually quite good.

Over the last year I’ve invested so much in my own learning, skill improvement, and personal transformation that I was worried the book would feel naive or simplistic to me after all that growth. It doesn’t.

I guess the 30 years of interesting life and diverse career experience I had before I started coaching prepared me very well for this work. And the decades of professional writing and editing I’ve done show through in a quality product.

My learning and growth of the past year? Profound. I am a much better and more complete coach than I was a year ago. I hope to say that same sentence every year from now until my last. Lifetime learning is one of my personal commitments to myself.

To celebrate the book’s anniversary, I’ve dropped the ebook price permanently to $5.99. I’m also giving a 15% discount on any format (ebook, paperback, and hardcover) through my web shop. Use the coupon code TYT1YEAR at checkout.

You can order Take Your Time in print anywhere you buy books (yes, it’s on Amazon), but the 15% coupon is only good in my web shop.

This book is not a memoir, though stories from my life as well as my clients’ lives make it a rich and enjoyable read.

It’s not a workbook, though there are dozens of exercises and provocative questions to get you thinking deeply about your own time here and what you want to do with it.

And it’s not a guide, though it’s full of wisdom and perspective-shifting insights to help you make decisions that are right for you.

If you’re still not sure if this book is for you, download and read the introduction. You can read it in epub or PDF, whichever you prefer. It explains what you can expect from the book as well as why I wrote it. I don’t make you give me your email or anything. Just click the button to start the download.

You can get a long way on your own personal transformation using the lessons, exercises, and stories in the book. Or just grab it for a good afternoon beach read.

Then give me a call. I would love to hear how you’re using it to make the most of every day.
